At Happy Learners the resources you purchase are delivered electronically. Unlike an actual chart or book, you cannot return a PDF, or other document once it's been downloaded and accessed. For that reason all sales of Happy Learners resources are considered final and nonrefundable.
In a few limited circumstances you may qualify for a refund, e.g. compromised resource file or duplicate purchase. Refund requests must be submitted within one year of your purchase, and are granted on a case-by-case basis.
